Homes simply are not all up to five star hotel standards). We have received feedback twice in 10 years regarding misrepresentation of quality of home and amenities. It is definitely disappointing to arrive at a home that hasn't been cleaned. Many times issues of housekeeping standards can be
addresses politely in initial contacts with your exchange partner. We
let our partners know how our house will be cleaned and what to expect
for amenities and cleanliness.
