Are there guarantees that I will arrange  a home exchange?

The reality is that any home exchange agency can bring people to their website through word of mouth, advertising or media publicity, they can register large numbers of people wanting exchanges, they can even feature your listing so others will view it.  What an agency can not do is make others reply to your listing.  

You can help your chances to find an exchange by including photos and a good description about your home and community, by being active in your home exchange club through sending out inquiries and being flexible with your travel dates and specific destinations.

We have been serving the home exchange community for 10 years.  I do not believe there has ever been a home exchange agency that guarantees that you will arrange a home exchange.  

There are several agencies that express they are so confident that you will find an exchange that they offer a guarantee that if you DO NOT arrange an exchange they will extend your listing for a period of time, sometimes a few months to a year while some offer to extend your exchange listing until you arrange one.  

Most agencies will state in their disclaimers or in the terms of use agreement that they can not guarantee all participants will arrange an exchange.
